Currently we are looking for experienced dental service technicians. A minimum of one year experiece is requested. We do not discriminate age,race or gender. Extensive experience and certifications are valuable to us.

We encourage self motivated individuals to establish service accounts that are their's to manage. A generous labor commission is offered with bonuses for equipment leads.

 

The demand in the Reno area for the type of dental equipment services we offer is high.

 

Job Description

 

• Provide routine and urgent repair service to customers of Alpine Dental Equipment.

• Responsible for initiating and completing a preventative maintenance service as designed.

• Assist sales with the installation of new equipment with additional compensation given.

• Complete work orders supplied by Alpine Dental Equipment to include date, account name description of service provided, time in, time out and parts listed with part # and mfg.

• Control and maintain parts inventory carried in service vehicle. Inventory lists are requested randomly.

• Schedule and maintain service vehicle with mileage usage, history of repairs and maintenance performed.

• Supply your own hand tools.

 

Service and Support Provided

 

• Complete management service.

• Payroll to include all federal and state taxes, filing and returns.

• Receive and dispatch service calls to technician.

• Provide assistance on service calls if requested.

• Supply repair parts.

• Provide preventative maintenance contracts and work orders.

• Supply business use only company service vehicle and reimbursement costs for fuel, repairs and maintenance.

• Provide quarterly reports on activities.

• Supply company cell phone for business use.
